Super Seasoning for Prime Rib ( I use this seasoning for poultry, steak, chops, etc. )

INGREDIENTS

2 cups salt, 1 teaspoon perpper, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 Tablespoon celery salt,
1 teaspoon paprika, 1 Tablespoon Accent
Mix and store in shaker.

When cooking an 8 pound rib roast, wash and wipe meat; mhave meat at room temperature; preheat oven; and never cover meat while roasting. Heavily coat meat with Super Seasoning. For the first 1/2 hour sear meat at 450. Then continue cooking at 325. for 1 1/2 hours or about 15 minutes per pound. ( I make gravy from the drippings. )
